Delivery
Please note that all orders will be dispatched within 2 working days after your order. Shipment takes 3-5 working days afterwards. Most orders arrive to customers within 4 days after ordering but we cannot guarantee this.


Returns 

In order to return a product: 
1, Any product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. 
2, The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached.

3, Sale items will not be refunded. You can either be provided with an exchange or money towards another order.
4, Headwear will not be refunded due to hygenic reasons. If there is a fault with the headwear, please email us via info@skullandroseclothing.co.uk and we will resolve the issue.


PLEASE NOTE: No refunds/exchanges on sale/special offer items or when using a discount code. If a free item has been sent, that item will have to be returned as above, otherwise the RRP of this price will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 
Please allow 14 working days for exchanges to be delivered from date of arrival.

All items must be returned along with the same returns form and request. Products must be returned recorded delivery to the address provided.



You will be responsible for paying the postage for the return. 

The products must not have been Used, Worn, Washed, damaged or modified


Improper Returns 

Failure to comply with the returns procedure will result in: 
1. No refund or exchange
2. Additional cost charged to re-deliver your product(s)
3. If we do not receive any payment for re-delivery within 7 days of return you product(s) will be disposed of.
